1. General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within the timeframe specified for each case (detailed below).
  • The item must be returned in a reasonably good condition, without excessive wear or damage beyond normal testing.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must be returned in the same box it was shipped in, properly protected for transit.

2. Timeframes for Requests

  • Change of Mind: You have up to 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • Defective or Damaged Item: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different product than you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Send an email to support@izzattravel.com with the subject line: "Return or Exchange - Order #[your order number]".
  2. In the email, state the reason for the return and attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions for the return shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Izzat Travel will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.
  • For Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Refund Compensation Options

  • Store Credit: Receive a coupon to use on future purchases.
  • Card Refund: Available for credit card payments. Refund timing depends on your card provider (typically 1–2 billing cycles).
  • Shipping Issues: In the case of loss, out-of-stock items, or shipping carrier errors, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed and the item was delivered, we may request the product be returned. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of terms.
